Monthly Vendors' Rules & Regulations

  1. Dealers/Vendors' Rent Receipts - All Vendors must pay for booths in advance. Booths must be ready for business by 9:00 A.M. There are no refunds. Booths cannot be sublet.
  2. Rates Include: Light electric use (fans, cash register). No heaters, coffee pots, refrigerators, cooking device, etc., are permitted. Heavy usage must be cleared with management.
  3. One(1) Main Item Per Booth must be listed and approved by the management. Final decision and enforcement of theses rules are at the discretion of the management.
  4. 192 Outlet (Flea Market Prices) Inc., reserves the right to refuse or terminate rental to any vendor at any time with refund of unused rent when it is deemed in the best interest of the market.
  5. Insurance: 192 Outlet (Flea Market Prices) Inc. is not responsible for vendors' property at the Outlet. The 192 Outlet is not responsible for any liability arising out of the negligent acts of vendor or its employees or for any injuries sustained by employees of vendor. Vendor shall obtain adequate property, liability and employee's compensation insurance to cover its property and liability. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to the Outlet for any damages claimed against Outlet as a result of vendor's negligence.
  6. Display Area: All merchandise and advertising signs must be kept within vendor's display areas as indicated by the separating poles and lines. No displays are allowed in any area designated for parking or for access ways.
  7. Signs: One sign is allowed per booth to denote the retailer's business name, address, and merchandise sold. The sign must be secure so that it will not swing. Nothing may be hung between booths that may be offensive to your neighbors or that will block the view into the neighboring booths or block the view of the merchandise in the neighboring booths.
  8. Display, Backboards, Shelves, etc.: These and similar items are allowed in such a manner as to be safe and to prevent damage to the buildings. Management reserves the right to refuse the use of any item not conforming to the Outlet's specifications. All material used shall be new. Any pegboards used as a backboard to display merchandise must be finished on the reverse side and painted. All paneling must be the same color throughout the project. Shelving, paneling, etc., supplied by the vendor will be left in space in case vendor vacates space.
  9. Garbage & Cleanup: Dealers are required to clean up their rental area at the close of each day. All paper, boxes and other trash and garbage must be disposed of designated containers provided. All boxes should be crushed and taken to recycle bin. Booths shall be maintained neatly and orderly as possible throughout the business day.
  10. Selling of food items: Positively no food items, prepared or otherwise, shall be sold by vendor for consumption on the Outlet premises. Items such as penny candy, pixie sticks, dried fruits and nuts may be sold IN BULK ONLY. Any questionable items must be cleared with management prior to sale. No peanuts - boiled or in the shell - may be sold. No gum is to be sold.
  11. Alcoholic Beverages: Positively no alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on the premises by vendors or their employees during hours of the Outlet operation.
  12. Banned Items: The following items are not allowed to be sold or brought to the premises:
    • Firearms, ammunitions, fireworks (unless a Florida permit is obtained and the vendor has management's approval), popping caps, dynamite, or any other explosive material;
    • Dangerous animals such as dogs with vicious tendencies, poisonous snakes, large cats (tigers, lions, etc.);
    • Any books or other materials that may be considered offensive or pornographic;
    • Illegal or stolen items;
    • Drug related paraphernalia;
    • Any other items deemed by management to be unacceptable for sale. Vendors violating this rules will be expelled immediately.
  13. Animals to be Sold for Pets: Animals such as birds, parrots, dogs, turtles, cats, rabbits, non-poisonous snakes, etc., may be offered for sale. They must be delivered to the customer in an appropriate box or cage. No other animals shall be brought to the Market.
  14. Amplifiers, Bullhorns, Loudspeakers, etc., are not allowed. Radios, televisions and stereos must be kept at low volume.
  15. Proper Attire: All vendors and their employees are expected to wear proper attire, including shoes and shirts at all times. No tank tops or short shorts.
  16. Children: Vendors shall not bring their children to the Market.
  17. Abusive or Obscene Language or Actions: Use of obscene language or actions or physical violence is grounds for immediate expulsion from the Outlet premises with forfeiture of the total rental fee.
  18. Complaints: All complaints and comments should be directed to the Outlet manager. Any item of a serious should be submitted in writing to the manager.
  19. Vendors must comply with all state and county license requirements, tax remittance and all ordinances.
  20. Tarps must be removed or rolled up when the Outlet is open. (Rain days excepted). Only blue color tarps in good condition permitted.
  21. No electric, plumbing or building repairs or installations are to be made without Outlet managers approval.

  25. No used merchandise.
  26. No bulbs to be used over 40 watts.
  27. Business hours 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
  28. Gates: Market gates are opened at 8:30 A.M. and Closed at 6:30 P.M. No one is allowed on Flea Market property from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
  29. Rent: if rent is not paid on time, 192 Flea Market Prices Inc. reserves the right to padlock space and charge a fee of $25.00 +$10.00 per day until paid in full. All returned checks will be charge $25.00 service charge.
  30. Vendors must provide customers receipts with business names. Store policy regarding exchange and refunds must be visibly posted at all times.
